Whoa interesting nite last nite. Happy Birthday, Buddy. I'm sure we'll get a big stash of pics from all the cameras there. I think he had too much fun. awesome. well, i'm off to pack for my trip to Flohreeeeduh. visiting my cousin and his new home. Ciao!

Distractions This past weekend has been one long distraction. So much going on, so much to do. I had no less than 3 KungFu classes this weekend, a few of which I'm sure are responsible for the new bumps and bruises and abrasions I now cherish. I ran the National Race for the Cure saturday morning, in the rain!, taught some kids the Tinikling, watched Finding Nemo(which is another excellent Pixar film), went to a couple parties, did some jeans shopping with the boys(no, we're not gay, it was 15$ jeans at the Gap), and tried to get tickets all nite with some friends to go to Switzerland later this month, quite possibly as early as next week, eek! so yeah, i've been pretty distracted from lots of things, like thinking and cleaning my room. oh well, could be worse.

FRICK I love this treo. Now the backlighting defect, that is supposed to assert itself around 6 weeks of use, decides to hold out until now. stop laughing. i hesitate to call it my g/f anymore, cuz the relationship has been bad for awhile. stop laughing.

ARGH What is it with people recently asking for help on their unsupported home PCs? Am I just too nice or something? I think there's a life lesson here somewhere.

Spoke Too Soon DSL's back down. Looks like problem may very well be internal wiring. Which means, 200$ for a tech to come down and make it better, IF they can fix it. *sigh* yup, posting this on a 19.2k dial-up connection. something is seriously wrong w/ the phone wiring here, maybe they should take a look at it.
